§ 85A-104 — Workers' Compensation Commission and Self-Insurance
Oklahoma·Title 85A Workers' Compensation
Guaranty Fund Board liability. No member or personnel of the Workers' Compensation Commission, the Self-insurance Guaranty Fund Board, or administrative law judge shall be liable in a civil proceeding for any act performed in good faith in the performance of that person's powers or duties under this act.
