Text

In any proceeding for the enforcement of a claim for compensation, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that: 1. The Commission has jurisdiction; 2. Sufficient notice was given; and 3. The injury was not occasioned by the willful intention of the injured employee to bring about the injury to himself or herself or another.
