A.The Legislature declares that the purpose of this act is to ensure that law enforcement services are available on United States military installation property located in this state especially for the enforcement of juvenile matters including, but not limited to, delinquency, children in need of care, families in need of services, and any other matters affecting the safety and welfare of juveniles within the state. The Legislature further finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state institutions.
