Text

A.The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall allocate the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,300,000.00) from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund for purposes of the design and construction of the State Capitol Arch, the purpose of which is to honor and memorialize the services performed by the Oklahoma National Guard.
B.The State Capitol Arch shall be constructed upon the following described parcel of real property: A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of the NE/4 of said Section 27; thence S00°07'01"E alon
