Text
Financing.
(a)The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is hereby authorized to erect, operate and maintain a building or buildings for the use of the State Department of Public Safety, the place of erection to be upon the state-owned land at Northeast 36th Street and Eastern Avenue in Oklahoma City.
(b)For the purpose of paying the costs of the projects authorized in subsection (a) above, the Authority is hereby authorized to borrow money on the credit of the income and revenues to be derived from such projects and, in anticipation of the collection of such income and revenues, to issue negotiable bonds not to exceed the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000.00) as may, in the opinion of the Authority, be necessary for such purposes, and is authorized to provide
