Text
No driving of nails, boring of holes, marking of walls, or other defacement of the State Capitol Building shall be permissible without having the approval of the State Mechanical Engineer, or the engineer designated by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for such purpose, and the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
