Text
As used in this act: 1. "Department" means the Department of Transportation; 2. "Railroad rights-of-way", "trackage" or "projects" shall include within their meaning, but shall not be limited to: any roadbed, drains, fences, ties, switches, rails, ballast, signs, signals, lights, equipment, bridges, tools, crossings, underpasses, overpasses, construction and administration buildings and any and all other property, rights, easements and interests whether owned in fee or leased; 3. "Owner" shall include all individuals, copartnerships, associations, corporations, companies, transportation companies, public service corporations, the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof, common carriers by rail and railroad companies having any title or interest in any real or personal proper
