Text
Penalty. If any railroad company shall neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of the two preceding sections, it shall be lawful for the owner or occupant of such tract of land to construct or repair the fence along the line of such railroad, and the owner or occupant of such tract of land, shall be entitled to recover from such railroad company the cost of the material and labor used in constructing the railroad company's portion of such fence.
