Text
Any person who prospects for minerals owned by the State of Oklahoma, under the jurisdiction and control of the Commissioners of the Land Office, without a prospecting permit, or who removes any such minerals without a lease contract, contrary to the provisions of this act, or who violates any other terms or provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
