Secretary.
A.The Land Office shall be administered by the Secretary of the Land Office under the supervision of the Commissioners of the Land Office. The Secretary shall, subject to the qualifications listed in subsection B of this section, be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Commissioners of the Land Office. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to execute, under the supervision of the Commissioners of the Land Office, the provisions of the Enabling Act of Oklahoma as it relates to the management of school lands and other public lands, the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, and all laws, regulations, and duties pertaining to the Commissioners of the Land Office and to carry into execution the will of the Commissioners of the Land Office not in conflict wit
