Text

Collection procedures. If the lessee of any of the lands or mineral interests owned by the state shall be in default of rental payments due the state, the Commissioners of the Land Office shall institute collection proceedings, including any and all commercial or governmental procedures and proceedings permitted to the full extent of the law. Any and all notices, summons, subpoenas or other official documents may be served by an employee of the Land Office, who may serve without special designation for service of process in any court within the state.
