A.No appraiser for the Commissioners of the Land Office shall: 1. Directly or indirectly solicit or accept any compensation, gift, loan, entertainment, favor or service given for the purpose of influencing the appraiser in the discharge of the official duties of the appraiser; 2. Use the official position of the appraiser to solicit or secure special privileges or exemptions for the appraiser or others, except as may be provided by law; 3. Disclose or offer to disclose confidential information acquired by reason of the official position of the appraiser to any person, group or others not entitled to receive confidential information, nor use the information for personal gain or benefit; 4.
