Disbursement of state monies.

A.The Department of Human Services, from all monies deposited into the Indigent Health Care Revolving Fund for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Indigent Health Care Act, shall reimburse clinics which meet the requirements of Section 64 of this title and elect to participate in the Oklahoma Indigent Health Care Act.
B.Disbursements of state monies from the Indigent Health Care Revolving Fund to eligible clinics shall be as follows: 1. Following certification and approval by the Department of Human Services of the accuracy of reports submitted pursuant to Section 64 of this title the Department shall determine the amount of state monies available to the clinics; and 2.
