Text
As used in the Oklahoma Family Support Act: 1. "Department" means the Department of Human Services; 2. "Family" means a family member and his or her parent or legal guardian; and 3. "Family member" means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age with developmental or intellectual disability as defined in Section 1408 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
