with intellectual disabilities. The Department of Human Services and the University Hospitals Authority shall enter into cooperative agreements between the University Hospitals Authority and the state schools for individuals with intellectual disabilities in the development of basic medical services programs at the schools for individuals with intellectual disabilities; provided, that the University Hospitals Authority shall not have the responsibility for implementing such programs or for providing medical services at the schools for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
