A.The following agencies are directed to jointly design and implement a coordinated system of information, referral and follow- up services for older Oklahomans: 1. The Aging Services Division of the Department of Human Services; 2. The State Department of Health; 3. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; 4. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority; 5. The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs; and 6. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services. B.
