persons. The Oklahoma Emergency Relief Board may provide temporary relief employment to destitute but able-bodied persons not otherwise cared for by the federal government, state or county agencies, public or private charity organizations or institutions; provided, that the maximum amount paid for such employment does not exceed the maximum amount paid to a destitute and unemployable person, and such employment shall be granted in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by said Board.
