A.The word "unemployable", as used in this act, is hereby defined as meaning those persons who are unable to: 1. Secure employment due to physical or mental disability, infirmity, temporary illness, or other disability which prevents such person from securing employment; or 2. Secure employment due to Federal Relief Administration rules regarding age requirements or work relief programs; or 3. Secure employment due to ineligibility for workmen's compensation insurance; and 4. Leave their homes to procure employment because of illness of persons who are in their care and who require constant supervision and attention.
