A.The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a waiver granted by the federal Department of Health and Human Services, shall conduct a demonstration project to revise applicable standards and rules which will allow a recipient of assistance under the Medicaid and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, who becomes employed, to continue to receive transitional Medicaid and child care assistance for twenty-four (24) months following the initial date of employment unless: 1. The employer provides medical assistance or child care benefits; or 2. The monthly salary received from the employer exceeds the monthly allowance of assistance pursuant to the TANF program plus the cost of child care and medical insu
