Text
of public assistance. Services rendered by a licensed medical or osteopathic physician and surgeon in performing a sterilization operation on an adult male recipient of public assistance under age sixty-five (65) who voluntarily has submitted to such operation shall, within the scope of its medical programs, be paid for by the State Department of Public Welfare.
