Text
Any recipient who moves to another county in this state shall be entitled to receive assistance in the county in which he has moved and the county department of the county from which he has moved shall transfer with due dispatch all necessary records relating to the recipient to the county department of the county to which he has moved. Added by State Question No. 226, Initiative Petition No. 155, § 14, adopted July 7, 1936.
