§ 56-172 — Assistance to incompetent to be paid to guardian.
Oklahoma·Title 56 Poor Persons
A grant of assistance to any recipient of Old-Age Assistance or Aid to the Blind, found to be incompetent, may be paid to a guardian appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction. Added by State Question No. 226, Initiative Petition No. 155, § 12, adopted July 7, 1936.
