§ 56-167 — Investigation of applications.
Oklahoma·Title 56 Poor Persons
The Department shall promptly investigate all applications for assistance, and shall determine whether the applicant is eligible for assistance under the provisions of this act, the amount of assistance, if any, and the date such assistance shall begin. The applicant shall be notified in writing of the decision. Added by State Question No. 226, Initiative Petition No. 155, § 7, adopted July 7, 1936.
