Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the "Medicaid Health Improvement Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received from the premium tax levied on contracted entities under paragraph 2 of subsection A of Section 624 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes and such other funds as may be provided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority for the following purposes: 1. To supplement the state Medicaid program; 2. To supplement the Supplemental Hospital Offset Payment Program; and 3. To supplement the Rate Preservation Fund created in Section 5
