Every mortgage, deed of trust, and instruments supplementary thereto or amendatory thereof, or satisfaction thereof, covering any real or personal property situated in this state, made to secure the payment of bonds or notes issued or to be issued thereafter by any corporation which is an interstate gas pipeline company, or by any public service corporation, as defined in Section 34, Article IX of the Constitution of Oklahoma, or by any rural water, gas or sewer district organized pursuant to Sections 1324.1 through 1324.26 of Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by any nonprofit rural water, gas or sewer company organized pursuant to Sections 851 through 864 of Title 18 of the Okla
