Compensation - Witness fees and expenses.

A.A member of the Court on the Judiciary shall certify his actual and necessary travel expenses to the Administrative Director of the Courts, and, upon the latter's approval thereof reimbursement shall be as provided by the State Travel Reimbursement Act, the State Treasurer shall issue a warrant, to be paid out of any funds appropriated for such purpose. Prosecutors before the Court on the Judiciary shall certify to the Administrative Director of the Courts the amount that has been allowed as compensation by the Court, and upon the latter's approval thereof, the State Treasurer shall issue a warrant, to be paid out of any funds appropriated for such purpose.
