Text
nursery stock. The provisions of Sections 951 through 956 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall not apply if a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other legal entity, either domestic or foreign engages in the production of nursery stock, as defined in Section 3-11 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
