COMMENCEMENT OF CORPORATE EXISTENCE Upon the filing with the Secretary of State of the certificate of incorporation, executed and acknowledged in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of this act, the incorporator or incorporators who signed the certificate, and his or their successors and assigns, from the date of such filing, shall be and constitute a body corporate by the name set forth in the certificate, subject to the provisions of subsection D of Section 7 of this act and subject to dissolution or other termination of its existence as provided for in the Oklahoma General Corporation Act.
