representation. It shall be unlawful for any person to publish, utter, or circulate any false, malicious, or unprivileged statement or representation for the purpose of injuring any association chartered, existing and doing business within the State of Oklahoma, under and by virtue of the laws of this state, or under and by virtue of the laws of the United States of America.
