Except as this act otherwise provides, no foreign association shall be granted permission by the State Banking Commissioner or the Secretary of State to do business within this state and each foreign association now holding a certificate of authority issued by the Commissioner may continue to do business through its duly appointed agent but only in the county where it is now operating. Each such foreign association shall remain subject to supervision, and to examination as deemed necessary, by the Commissioner and to the rules of the Commissioner and shall make no loans in this state and accept no deposit accounts in this state other than loans and deposit accounts of a class which are authorized for Oklahoma chartered associations.
