§ 18-2055 — Fees.

The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees: 1. For filing the original articles of organization, a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); 2. For filing restated articles of organization, including amended and restated articles of organization, a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00); 3. For filing articles of correction, amendment, merger or consolidation, registered series, conversion, or division and issuing a certificate of correction, amendment, merger or consolidation, registered series, conversion, or division, a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); 4. For filing articles of dissolution and issuing a certificate of cancellation, a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00); 5. For filing a certificate of correction of statements in an application for registration of a foreign limi
