§ 18-2044 — Foreign limited liability company - Duties of Secretary
Oklahoma·Title 18 Corporations
of State.
A.If the Office of the Secretary of State finds that an application for registration conforms to the provisions of this act and all requisite fees have been paid, it shall: 1. Endorse on the applications the word "filed", and the month, day, and year of the filing; 2. File in its office one copy of the application; 3. Issue a certificate of registration to transact business in this state; and 4. Return the certificate of registration, together with a copy of the application to the person who filed the application or his representative.
B.The Secretary of State will not accept an application for registration from a foreign limited liability company whose registration was administratively withdrawn. Any such foreign limited liability company may only register by filing an applica
