RESERVATION OF CORPORATE NAME A. The exclusive right to the use of a corporate name, in good faith, may be reserved by: 1. Any person intending to form a corporation under Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or 2. Any corporation organized under the laws of this state intending to change its name; or 3. Any foreign corporation intending to qualify to transact business in this state under Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or 4. Any foreign corporation qualified to transact business in this state intending to change its name; or 5. Any person intending to organize a foreign corporation and intending to have such corporation qualified to transact business in this state under the laws of this state; or 6.
