§ 18-1110 — Creditors' Proofs of Claims - When Barred - Notice.

CREDITORS' PROOFS OF CLAIMS; WHEN BARRED; NOTICE All creditors shall make proof under oath of their respective claims against the corporation, and cause the same to be filed in the district court of the county in which the proceeding is pending within the time fixed by the order of the district court. All creditors and claimants failing to do so, within the time limited by the provisions of this section, or the time prescribed by the order of the district court, by direction of the district court, may be barred from participating in the distribution of the assets of the corporation. The district court may also prescribe what notice, by publication or otherwise, shall be given to the creditors of the time fixed for the filing and making proof of claims.
