Stock. TRANSFER OF STOCK, STOCK CERTIFICATES AND UNCERTIFICATED STOCK Except as otherwise provided for in the Oklahoma General Corporation Act, the transfer of stock and the certificates of stock which represent the stock or uncertificated stock shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code - Investment Securities. To the extent that any provision of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act is inconsistent with any provision of the Uniform Commercial Code - Investment Securities, the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code - Investment Securities shall be controlling.
