REGISTERED AGENT IN STATE; RESIDENT AGENT A. Every domestic corporation shall have and maintain in this state a registered agent, which agent may be any of the following: 1. The domestic corporation itself; 2. An individual resident of this state; 3. A domestic corporation, a domestic partnership whether general or limited and including a limited liability partnership or a limited liability limited partnership or a domestic limited liability company; or 4. A foreign corporation, a foreign limited liability partnership, a foreign limited partnership, a foreign limited liability limited partnership or a foreign limited liability company, if authorized to transact business in this state.
