commission. The Corporation Commission shall have the power and authority to prescribe and enforce against any railroad or transportation company, operated in whole or in part within this state, such rates and charges for the transportation of passengers between points within this state as may be found to be reasonable and just after due notice and hearing, as now provided by the Constitution for prescribing freight rates and regulations.
