§ 17-1 — Violating rules, orders or other requirements of Commission

- Switching service provider without consent of customer - Fines. A.

1.Upon a determination by the Corporation Commission of violation of any of its rules, orders or other requirements, a corporation, person or firm may be fined by the Commission, a sum not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), as the Commission may deem proper. Each day's continuance of such violation, after due service upon such corporation, person or firm, of the order or requirement of the Commission shall be a separate offense.

2.If the operation of such order or requirement is suspended, pending an appeal, the period of such suspension shall not be computed against the corporation, person or firm, with regard to its liability for fines and penalties.
