Text
Receipts - Deposit of money.
A.All remittances of taxes and fees required to be paid to the Corporation Commission pursuant to state law, shall be made to the Commission by bank draft, check, cashier’s check, money order, cash, or nationally recognized credit card or debit card. If payment is made by credit or debit card, the Commission may add an amount equal to the amount of the service charge incurred by the Commission, not to exceed four percent (4%) of the amount of the payment, as a convenience fee for the acceptance of the credit or debit card. For purposes of this subsection “nationally recognized credit or debit card” means any instrument or device, whether known as a credit card, credit plate, charge plate, debit card, or by any other name issued with or without fee by an issuer
