label, seal or lock – Violation of rule or order - Penalties. Any person who owns or has custody or control of any measuring device which does not meet or comply with the tests, standards, specifications and rules of the Corporation Commission or any person who tampers with, alters, defaces or destroys any sign, label, seal or lock mentioned in Section 346 of this title, without having first secured an order permitting the removal of such sign, label, seal or lock, as provided in Section 346 of this title, or any person who violates any rule or order of the Commission promulgated under authority of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), administrative penalties as set forth in
