Text

Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation who sells, offers for sale, uses or consumes any regulated substance within the State of Oklahoma which does not comply with the rules and specifications of the Corporation Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma, or any person who tampers with, alters, defaces or destroys any sign, lock or seal mentioned in this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction or upon a finding of contempt be punished by an administrative fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each day on which any person, firm or corporation violates any of such orders and rules shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
