Text
Regulatory Policies Act and Residential Energy Conservation Program. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall have the power to implement and administer the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (P.L. 95-617) and the Residential Energy Conservation Program, 42 U.S.C., Sections 8211 through 8235i. The Public Utility Division of the Corporation Commission shall be responsible for assisting the Commission in the performance of these duties. The Corporation Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the purpose of all federal laws which are administered or enforced by the Corporation Commission.
