Text

A.Except as otherwise provided by this section, there shall be an assessment of one cent ($0.01) per gallon upon the sale of each gallon of motor fuel used or consumed in this state. The assessment imposed pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be for the purposes of providing revenue to: 1. The Corporation Commission Revolving Fund pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection C of this section; 2. The Petroleum Storage Tank Indemnity Fund pursuant to paragraphs 3 and 4 of subsection C of this section; 3. The State Transportation Fund pursuant to subparagraph b of paragraph 5 of subsection C of this section; 4. The Corporation Commission Storage Tank Revolving Fund pursuant to subparagraph a of paragraph 5 of subsection C of this section; 5. The Department of Environmental Quality Revo
