There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Corporation Commission, to be designated the "Corporation Commission Storage Tank Revolving Fund", (Storage Tank Revolving Fund). The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Commission, from: 1. The proceeds of any fees imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act, Section 301 et seq. of this title; 2. Interest attributable to investment of monies in the Corporation Commission Storage Tank Revolving Fund; 3. Monies received by the Commission in the form of gifts, grants other than federal grants, reimbursements or appropriations from any source intended to be used for the purposes of the revolv

All monies accruing to the credit of said revolving fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act and the rules promulgated thereto. Expenditures from said revolving fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
