§ 17-188 — Securities title not applicable.
Oklahoma·Title 17 Corporation Commission
Securities issued by public utilities, as defined in this act, shall not be subject to any of the provisions of Title 71 of the Oklahoma Statutes relating to the Oklahoma Securities Commission.
