prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any member of the Corporation Commission to own any interest in or to assist in the financing of any firm, corporation or business or to associate himself with any firm, corporation or business which is subject to regulation by the Corporation Commission or in which the influence of the Corporation Commission is used to benefit such business.
