analysis or investigation. The Corporation Commission shall have power to perform any and all acts, and to prescribe, issue, make, amend and rescind such orders, rules, and regulations as it may find necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. The expense of conducting an analysis or investigation by the Commission of the information required to be filed under Section 3 of this act shall be paid by the acquiring party within fifteen (15) days of the public hearing required by Section 4 of this act. Expenses of conducting the analysis or investigation may include, but not be limited to, the cost of acquiring expert witnesses, consultants and analytical services.
