Text
For the purposes of this act, the term “gift certificate” or “gift card” shall not include any of the following: 1. Prepaid telephone calling cards that are purchased for retail use; 2. Telephone calling cards that are provided on a promotional basis; or 3. Any prepaid service arrangement.
