STATUTORY FORM FOR POWER OF ATTORNEY A. The following statutory form of power of attorney is legally sufficient: STATUTORY POWER OF ATTORNEY NOTICE: THE POWERS GRANTED BY THIS DOCUMENT ARE BROAD AND SWEEPING.
