Text
of corporate charters. Any person, either as agent or principal, who enters into or assists in making any contracts of sale of the sort of character denounced by Section 564 of this title for the future delivery of cotton, grain, stocks or other commodities, or who maintains or operates a bucket shop as that term is defined in Section 565 of this title, shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and any person who shall be guilty of a second offense under this statute in addition to the penalty above prescribed may, upon conviction, be both fined and imprisoned in the discretio
